Questions

How fast can I actually hire someone?+

Most clients unlock a candidate and schedule an interview the same day. If you're moving to a contract, we can typically get a signed agreement in place within 2-3 business days.

What happens if it doesn't work out?+

You can end a monthly contract with notice per the terms in your agreement — there's no long-term lock-in on contract engagements.

Do I deal with the candidate's payroll and taxes?+

No. RighTap handles the contract, invoicing, and candidate payouts, so you get one predictable monthly invoice.
