What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, company), candidate profile data (skills, experience, rate) for talent, and usage data like booking and contract activity.
How we use it
To match candidates to requirements, run contracts and invoicing, and improve the matching engine. We do not sell personal data.
Who it's shared with
Clients see candidate profile data they're matched with. Payment and payroll processors receive only what's needed to run a contract.
Your rights
You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@righttap.com.
Retention
We retain account and contract records as long as required for tax and compliance purposes, and delete candidate profiles on request.
