Using the platform
You must be authorized to act on behalf of your company to book candidates or sign contracts through RighTap.
Contracts and payment
Monthly contracts renew automatically until cancelled with notice per your agreement. Invoices are due within the terms stated on each invoice.
Candidate conduct
Candidates on the bench agree to represent their skills and experience accurately and to notify RighTap of any change in availability.
Termination
Either party may end a contract engagement with written notice per the terms in the signed agreement for that engagement.
Liability
RighTap facilitates the match and contracting rails between clients and talent; engagement-specific liability terms are set out in each signed agreement.
