What's the booking fee for?+
₹5,000 (India) or $100 (global) unlocks full contact details for up to 3 matching candidates so you can interview them directly. It's credited toward your first invoice if you hire.
Is the margin negotiable at scale?+
For teams hiring multiple roles or on longer contracts, reach out and we'll work out volume pricing.
How does the buyout fee work?+
If you convert a contract engagement to full-time, you pay a one-time buyout of 1.5x the candidate's monthly rate instead of the ongoing monthly margin.
What currency do I get billed in?+
Indian clients are billed in ₹ via Razorpay. International clients are billed in $ via Stripe.
